At the Pilgrim, the drinks menu concocted by mixologist Alceste Siobhan Von Holz is a choice selection for those in the know, where striking the perfect balance of flavours remains the number-one priority. And where choice is concerned, finding your favourite spot is entirely up to you: curl up in a vintage armchair by the fireplace, outside on the terrace, or admire an artistic fresco. Both indoors and out, in complete peace and quiet, the atmosphere that reigns supreme in the Hotel Pilgrim lounge is to be savoured in glamorous 70s style, updated with subtle details.
Awakening your taste for curiosity :
Hotel Pilgrim has commissioned the young Paris-based firm Tartelettes to create a selection of sweet and savoury snacks that are, naturally, in season, as well as being the perfect accompaniment for our cocktails. A cross between tradition and a more fun novel edge, delicacies include ham and truffle croissants, vegan petits-farcis, or a rather addictive vegan vanilla and pecan tartlet.
